You will be confident to carry out cold calling activity, door knocking, appointment setting and attending client meetings to discuss service and product options with them. The Business Development Manager will have a target-driven approach, with the ability to maximise and close sales.

You will be a key part in driving company growth and will work with the sales team to ensure that company accounts are looked after. This role will be new business heavy as the company look to expand further in 2026 and increase turnover and develop more large accounts.
