You will have line management/staffing responsibility for the Property Services Team and budgetary responsibility for the Property revenue and capital budgets.

You will provide effective management and team leadership to the Property Services Team and will support the Head of Service in strategic planning working in partnership with customers and colleagues.

You will be the “Responsible Person” on site in the absence of the Quarry Manager. You will possess outstanding customer service skills and demonstrate exceptional attention to detail throughout all aspects of the role.
