You will work across fire strategy development, RIBA-stage projects, and contribute to external wall and FRAEW assessments.

You will also be responsible for:· Maintaining high safety standards and effectively coach and challenge others to work safely· Monitoring key process parameters, identify actions and define instructions to deal with deviations from targets. Conducting day to day and longer-term measurements and investigations to improve performance and optimise plant operations.

You will also be expected to participate in the rotational on-call system upon successful completion of the probationary period.

You will receive an on-call allowance, and the details of this will be provided to you, once you commence in post. In the event that the on-call arrangement or your participation therein ceases for any reason, then the payment will be discontinued.

You will advise on all aspects of construction contracts, contribute to high-profile projects—particularly in the energy and infrastructure space—and work closely with a market-leading real estate team.
