IT engineering technician jobs in Thame

You will work closely with the IT team to resolve issues escalated from 1st Line Support and act as a senior escalation point for complex technical matters. Location & Travel Requirements This role is predominantly site-based, with regular field work to support the setup, maintenance, and closure of sites within a regional area of approximately 100 miles from Thame, Oxfordshire.

You will work closely with the IT team to resolve issues that have been escalated from the 1st line support, addressing complex problems and implementing solutions that enhance system efficiency and performance.

You will involved in setting up and closing down of sites.

You will also provide onsite support when needed.

You will be fully based in the school, with access and support from the IT team in Marden. As they like to operate as a team, there will be times when you may need to undertake training at their office in Marden.

You will be experienced in giving a first class IT service to resolve client issues.
