IT Field Engineer jobs in Thame

You will work closely with the IT team to resolve issues escalated from 1st Line Support and act as a senior escalation point for complex technical matters. Location & Travel Requirements This role is predominantly site-based, with regular field work to support the setup, maintenance, and closure of sites within a regional area of approximately 100 miles from Thame, Oxfordshire.

You will work closely with the IT team to resolve issues that have been escalated from the 1st line support, addressing complex problems and implementing solutions that enhance system efficiency and performance.

You will involved in setting up and closing down of sites.

You will also provide onsite support when needed.

You will have a Company van with fuel card

You will be responsible for your own diary to ensure that client sites are visited and serviced in line with their service level agreement.

You will undertake scheduled service, and one-off planned service outside of contract, along with emergency call out activity if required.
