A prominent UK bakery company is seeking a Multi-Skilled Shift Engineer to ensure the smooth operation of its facility in Walthamstow. This role involves diagnosing and resolving technical issues, implementing engineering strategies, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Candidates should have effective communication skills, experience in training, and an electrical engineering...

You will also have the reassurance of a job guarantee (18K-£35K) upon completion.

You will also be assigned an expert tutor and a support mentor to help you throughout your training.

You will gain practical experience by using practice labs which enable you to practice and master what you have learned.

You will be required to work 4 x 10-hour shifts per week, totalling 40 hours per week, these hours can fall any times between 6am and 10pm, Monday to Sunday and the hours will be allocated to you by our resource planner 3-weeks in advance rolling.

You will also ensure to update and maintain all relevant administration records.
