You will be responsible for managing the day to day running of the company’s Service Desk and will be the main point of contact for escalation. Candidates should have a proven experience in an IT support role and team leadership along with a solid understanding of technical management, information analysis, and computer hardware/software systems.

You will own the engineering vision and execution of Keepnet’s core platform, operating across the UK, EU, US, UAE, and Canada, supported by distributed offshore and nearshore teams.

You will not be expected to do everything yourself. Success in this role will be measured by platform reliability, delivery predictability, team health, and customer impact.

You will be a key player in implementing highly scalable, secure and cutting-edge, cloud-based solutions. This is a key opportunity to assist in the design, deployment, and management of cloud infrastructure on Azure.
