You will work 9.00 - 17.00 Mon - Fri but don't worry, you don't work weekends so there are plenty of days off in between to recharge those batteries. Able to use technology for creating and updating support plans, complete online learning and to collaborate with colleagues. You'll need an Enhanced DBS check done and we pay for that.

You will triage support requests in the first instance attempting a first time fix where possible and escalating up in IT Support and out to wider IT&BC where necessary. As you develop you will have the opportunity to work in our higher technical areas, 2nd line support and hardware provisioning.

You will fit right into this role if you can demonstrate:

You will become the primary resolver for your support team, and gain troubleshooting skills on one or more operating systems.

You will be able to troubleshoot and solve all but the most complex infrastructure issues. Issues are escalated to the appropriate resolver groups when necessary.
