IT Help Desk jobs in Pontypridd

You will be working every other Saturday and will receive time in lieu for working a Saturday. Although these will be your contracted hours, you will have pretty much free rein on working when you need to work!

You will not be restricted to areas, although based from the Pontypridd office they are eager to break in to the surrounding markets including Cardiff.

You will work closely with customers to ensure their machinery is performing at optimal levels, minimizing downtime, and maximizing productivity. What you'll be doing: - Develop maintenance strategies based on contract fleet trends to improve reliability and performance. - Ensure systems are updated with accurate machine population data, ensuring all regional machines report correctly.
