IT Help Desk jobs in Stirling

You will be part of a team that provides administrative, financial and clerical support to a diverse and broad group of managers, supervisors and trade staff and contractors. As the first point of contact within the office you will be responsible for delivering an efficient and effective customer focused service to both internal and external customers.

You will also provide technical support and mentoring duties to other members of the team.

You will assist the Temporary Works team and Engineering Design team with the following duties:

You will be joining diverse teams working at a high professional level with exceptional levels of commitment.

You will manage Employers Liability, Public Liability, and property damage claims, making informed decisions and taking claims through to settlement.

You will interact with policyholders, insurers, contractors, and other stakeholders. You’ll need to explain complex details clearly and negotiate fair settlements for all parties involved.
