You will be responsible for managing customer orders, handling enquiries, and supporting sales operations to ensure smooth day-to-day business activity. As a small team, everyone gets stuck in where needed, and you'll need to have the same attitude.

You will need access to your own vehicle for this position. Main Duties and Responsibilities include: * Provide on-site support in a designated School and occasionally conduct organised visits to several sites in the geographical area; on occasion further afield when required.

You will assist in the day to day running and administration of Conveyancing files to include preparation of standard letters and documents via the Case Management system from the outset of a transaction through to completion, preparation of bills and completion statements, setting up and dealing with completions and all post-completion matters.

You will cover skills such as data mining, manipulating data, visualising data, and reporting on data. Study time for the qualification is approximately 30 hours and qualification is achieved by completing a 1-hour multiple choice exam.

You will be provided with access to a tutor and a 1-hour online revision workshop prior to sitting your exam.
