You will drive large‐scale IT standardisation, systems integration and business‐wide change, ensuring our technology enables operational excellence, scalable growth and an outstanding experience for customers and colleagues. Acting as a bridge between IT and the wider business, you will embed change in a way that reflects Steer's core values of Excellence, Innovation and Integrity.

You will manage IT infrastructure across multiple sites, resolve complex support issues, and drive project enhancements. The ideal candidate has experience with Windows Server and a strong understanding of networking. This hybrid role requires on-site work two days a week, promoting a proactive and ethical work culture.
