You will support a wide range of business applications, acting as a key point of contact for users and ensuring incidents, requests and changes are handled efficiently and in line with agreed service levels. Key ResponsibilitiesBuild a strong understanding of core business systems, including their use, architecture and common issues

You will be involved with a variety of service desk, desktop, telephone, remote support, and you will be given many opportunities to get involved with a range of IT projects.

You will have excellent customer service, equipped with the passion, resources and commercial insight to help achieve them.

You will be responsible for ensuring incoming maintenance requests are prioritised and managed to resolution including all administration. Key responsibilities Work Order Management - Receive, log, and prioritize incoming maintenance requests and work orders from various stakeholders

You must be able to work in the UK, student visas or overseas not accepted An Avon representative can earn up to 32% commission on sales via face to face or online. Become a Sales Leader helping others do the same as you. Income potential is unlimited you still sell Avon products while earning significant bonus team commission.

You must be conversant in English to apply

You will be responsible providing 1st and 2nd line technical support to the organisation.
