You will support the Head of Capital Projects in delivering the Colleges ambitious programme of works, while also taking ownership of the minor projects programme and delivering these schemes with a high degree of autonomy.

You will be a motivated and technically capable Project Manager with a proven track record in delivering refurbishment, fit-out, and minor capital projects.

You will manage the full IT procurement lifecycle, from supplier identification, selection, and approval, through to contract drafting, negotiation, and ongoing supplier relationship management. Your strategic approach and commercial insight will ensure optimal value, compliance, and innovation from our supplier base, while contributing positively at every stage of the procurement process.
