IT knowledge manager jobs in South Tyneside

You will be based at either our City or Coach Lane campus as part of the IT Application Support team within Digital Technology and Transformation Services. Our team operates in a collaborative, on-campus environment where colleagues work regular patterns with flexibility around timing and location in discussion with managers.

You will be responsible for leading a highly motivated team of managers and contributing to the further development of services within the region.

You must be an accomplished manager and have extensive experience and knowledge of working within the social care sector and supporting people with learning disabilities and with mental health support needs.

You will be provided with a clear framework whilst still having the autonomy to manage your home with the additional support and infrastructure. You will lead a team of up to 8 ambitious Business Development Managers (BDMs), all committed to enhancing the Hawkstone brand within the Independent Free Trade (IFT) sector.

You will be responsible for successfully delivering the design, plan, development and implementation of group wide projects using standard project and company process methodology, ensuring client and internal requirements are met, and that the project is completed to plan and within budget.

You will also have the opportunity to network with a range of other apprentices on our programme who can share ideas, offer suggestions, and support.

You must be able to provide an official document stating how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications at the time of your application.

You will be a key contributor to an enterprise-scale data centre management project within a major manufacturing facility. Your primary focus will be ensuring the site's critical hardware and infrastructure remain operational through proactive support and maintenance.
