You will be responsible for ensuring all products, processes, and systems meet legal, customer, and accreditation requirements , including BRCGS, M&S, SALSA, and Organic standards . Key Responsibilities Full responsibility for food safety, quality, legality, integrity, and authenticity

You will be an experienced Cook/Chef Manager, used to cooking using fresh seasonal ingredients at volume, managing your kitchen and liaising directly with onsite clients. As manager you will head up the team, making sure service runs smoothly and that all due diligence is adhered to.

You will manage vehicle breakdowns whilst ensuring that the impact to the retailer is kept to a minimum.

You will also be responsible for analysing Tacho-graph infringement report and go through infringement with drivers as well as liaising with the Warehouse Operation to ensure timely loading and departure of loads.

You will be confident managing inspections, electrical compliance and health and safety.

You will hold IOSH certification and ideally have mechanical or electrical training and 18th edition wiring knowledge.
