You will manage a small team of 3 IT professionals and work closely with the business to align the department to the business strategy.

You should naturally have some systems or software implementation, transformation or change experience.

You should be hungry, motivated and want to take the lead and show the business you are in control and the way to run the IT department.

You must have a proven background in IT Sales and IT managed services or Cyber security sales.

You will be responsible for your own sales targets - Monitor CRM activity and ensure accurate pipeline management - Run team huddles and team meetings to drive focus and energy Performance Management
