Essential Duties and Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned) This is a safety sensitive position*

You will be expected to travel efficiently and effectively between various work locations within Moray to meet the operational requirements of the Service. Due to the rural nature of Moray, this is normally undertaken by the use of a car - Able to work evenings and weekends as required

You will assist with initial quotes to customers and answer any initial queries.

You will also update internal databases of customer orders, live pricing and any quote amendments.

You will also assist with invoicing and processing payments.

You will be comfortable using Microsoft 365 packages, good general IT skills and familiarity with ERP systems would also be advantageous.

You will bring significant management and operational experience in a similar role.

You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong, respectful relationships with colleagues, partners, and suppliers.

You will have a positive, innovative, creative and flexible approach, and a proven track-record of driving change and improvement.
