IT process manager jobs in Redhill

You will be responsible for identifying business process gaps, managing end-to-end application implementations, and ensuring systems meet operational and strategic needs. This includes working closely with stakeholders across multiple divisions, managing internal and external resources, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

You will be methodical and well organised with the ability to prioritise workload and have experience of working in a busy and demanding environment.

You must have a very good standard of spoken and written English as you will be communicate daily by telephone, face to face, or e-mail to a diverse group of service users.

You will manage IT incidents, support Microsoft 365 applications, and improve IT processes in a hybrid work environment. The ideal candidate will have solid IT support experience and relevant qualifications. The role offers a salary ranging from £41,800 to £43,000 along with benefits including an annual bonus, generous holiday, and private medical insurance.
