You will lead a large, multi-skilled engineering function of around 50 colleagues, including two Team Managers and teams made up of engineers, technicians, technical assistants, and an apprentice. Operating within a 24/7 environment, you will balance hands-on technical troubleshooting with strategic leadership, ensuring automation and MHE systems perform safely, reliably, and efficiently.

You will work closely with teams across the business, take ownership of technical issues, and help drive improvements to our IT systems, security and processes.

You will also support key IT projects and contribute to ongoing innovation, helping us get the best from our technology.

You will collaborate with senior leadership to deliver innovative technology solutions that drive operational excellence, enhance customer experience, and support business growth.
