You must of delivering high-quality Salesforce training solutions tailored to the needs of end users particularly into the Sales and Marketing area.

You will develop and implement structured learning plans for each system, applying instructional design principles and learning theories to create engaging, accessible, and effective training experiences.

You will ideally possess a degree or equivalent level qualification and have an understanding of relevant data protection and legislation and requirements.

You will also have significant knowledge and experience of working as an IT Manager or relevant experience and the successful planning and implementation of whole organisation IT systems and projects.

You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing IT infrastructure within our internal and externally hosted systems. A deep understanding of IT security, networking, and cloud platforms—particularly AWS and Microsoft Azure—is essential.
