You will be responsible for reviewing enquiries, supporting tender submissions, clarifying project scope with clients, coordinating subcontractors and suppliers, and overseeing all technical, commercial and programme aspects of delivery. Projects typically range from small works through to multi-million pound installations within regulated industrial environments.

You should have a strong understanding of packaging and artwork preparation with a sound knowledge of sustainability requirements. A real multi-tasker with a high level of detail and accuracy, you will have experience of seeing a project through from start to finish. It is essential that you have worked on multiple projects and that you are not fazed whilst working to tight, changing deadlines.

You will oversee HV and LV distribution, lighting, lightning protection, electrostatic discharge, PLC and SCADA systems, ensuring all projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and compliant with all relevant legislation and standards.

You will have the following qualifications and experience - Around 3–4 years’ experience working within a Building Services or MEP design environment - Strong, demonstrable capability in Revit MEP and AutoCAD, including model coordination - Practical working knowledge of MagiCAD and Navisworks within a BIM workflow
