You will work closely with senior HR and IT stakeholders to define program objectives, manage governance, and oversee execution across multiple projects and vendors.

You will be part of the Employee Experience & HR team, which has a collaborative culture.

You will benefit from theory-based learning as well as the opportunity to develop practical skills in IT, which you will apply as you gain a valuable insight into the financial industry.

You will need a minimum of 4-Scottish Higher Grades at BBBB including either Mathematics, Computing Science, or Physics, and preferably National 5 English at grade C or above.

You will provide a professional IT support service to the whole firm with end-to-end management of software and hardware incidents and service requests. Tasks will be allocated on a defined roster with duties such as phone support, IT support via remote access, email support, floor walking and project support tasks as required.

You will join a small, dedicated team based in the Lord Hope Building, offering excellent service to faculty staff and postgraduate students. Ideal candidates will be able to work under pressure, manage competing tasks, and prioritize workloads effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 is highly beneficial.

You will have an HND/SVQ4, or equivalent, in a relevant subject area Or

You will ensure the strategic aims of the service are met, and support the transition to a more modern, agile and flexible service.

You will be responsible for providing support through SharePoint including user access and permissions and documenting library and sync issues
