You should be somebody who can work well alone but when needed be able to integrate well into a team. The role will generally include:- Analysing elements within the business or the whole business Making evaluations of all available data Identifying problems and looking at potential improvements

You will also assist with device management, security, and application deployment through Intune and Azure AD. Working closely with a global IT team, the IT Specialist will help maintain IT standards, documentation, and asset management, while contributing to infrastructure upgrades and continuous improvement initiatives.

You will oversee the Assistant GSM, Catering Manager, and wider operational teams, ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly, high-quality standards are maintained, and contractual obligations are met.

You will act as the primary liaison between Sodexo and the client, managing all services to agreed SLAs while driving continuous improvement and commercial performance.

You will manage teams, coordinate resources, enforce health and safety regulations, and liaise with contractors, suppliers, partners and customers.
