You will be responsible for the safe and effective management of production, ensuring daily and weekly metrics are achieved and exceeded, whilst maintaining Safety and Quality standards at all times. This is a full‐time role based at our Sudbury facility. Work hours are Monday to Thursday (2:15 pm to 10:15 pm) and Friday (2:15 pm to 8:45 pm).

You will report directly to the Maintenance Manager and work as part of a team, this site can offer you the ability to join a global network but in your market benefit from the support and closeness of a smaller knit team.

You will be educated to apprenticeship level NVQ 3 in Engineering or equivalent, an Electrical bias would be advantageous (essential)
