You will develop client relationships and work with the wider tax advisory/business services and wider advisory teams on delivering wider project work and assist on managing, developing and growing the audit team.

You will receive direct line management support from your Regional Healthcare Manager. Our Pharmacy Managers are extremely important to us; we recognise that you could be our Regional Healthcare Managers of tomorrow.

You will oversee the delivery of excellent operational services within your area, regularly supervising Deputy Managers, Team Leaders, and/or Senior Support Workers.

You will join us with a QCF Level 5 Adult Management Diploma, or equivalent qualification, or be eligible to complete the Level 5 Diploma

You will mainly work in one service but may need to cover others so youll need a vehicle insured for business purposes. The great news is that well pay your mileage! Youll need an Enhanced DBS check done and we pay for that. Whats in it for you? 34 days leave, rising to 39 (includes bank hols and a me day)

You will need to be a great communicator who can share knowledge, experience and best practices

You will need to have the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across all areas whilst remaining flexible

You will be managing a 24 hour residential home providing support adults with complex health needs, learning disabilities and/or physical disabilities including cerebral palsy.
