You will be responsible for successfully delivering projects using your project management and business analysis expertise.

You will effectively and efficiently lead project teams, working in close collaboration with sponsors and senior managers from across the business.

You will be accountable and responsible for the delivery of IT-enabled business projects, typically several at any one time.

You will oversee project planning, stakeholder communication, and maintain high customer satisfaction. This position includes benefits such as annual leave, private healthcare, and a supportive working environment.

You will lead the design and delivery of solutions that improve productivity, reduce cost-to-serve, enhance customer experience and support sustainable, profitable growth. The role is full-time, Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week) offering a competitive remuneration package.

You will support in driving service outcomes in line with contractual requirements, ensuring quality and consistency within a trauma and psychologically informed environment.

You will ensure the service runs smoothly in collaboration with the team, wider teams, and external partners.
