You will be working with six people from principals to apprentices, liaising with operational managers, heads of departments as well as the Health & Safety teams. This role offers exposure to the Wider Control Damage Hazards team whilst individually being given the opportunity for professional growth within the function.

You will play a critical role in managing a key customer escalation, acting as the primary interface between the customer, internal teams (Supply Chain, Engineering, Programmes), and external partners. You will be involved in a broad range of activities such as; the creation of technical specifications for delivery, solving daily manufacturing problems, liaising with external suppliers for internal products and manufacturing issues.

You will take an active role in Business improvement, and have the opportunity to carry out improvement activities.

You will be supporting the development testing of aircraft and components through test rig manufacture, rig assembly, specimen assembly, laboratory maintenance and repair of aircraft parts.
