IT support assistant jobs in Dundee

You will 3 National 4s equivalent (including English) Or Relevant experience of working in an office environment.

You will have experience of inputting, maintenance and retrieval of information from various IT software systems and working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages including Office 365, Word, Teams and Excel.

You will be expected to resolve incidents and service requests at first contact covering a wide range of services.

You will have previous experience of working within an IT support environment and you will have technical skills gained from supporting users at all levels using PCs, mobile devices and the suite of Microsoft 365 applications.
