You will work with pupils requiring additional support due to ASD, ADHD and behavioural needs, providing in-class and 1:1 support.

You will help prepare learning materials and run classroom activities, with plenty of hands-on experience and some supervision too.

You will take responsibility for their emotional and physical needs, supporting them to develop as individuals and engage with the world.

You will be adaptable and ready to work in a variety of classroom roles, both indoors and outside according to individual need.

You will work closely with a young pupil who can present with challenging and, at times, aggressive behaviour, particularly in the afternoons. A low-arousal, structured approach with clear boundaries is essential for success in this role.

You will manage a caseload of people with a range of support needs, building trusted relationships and delivering structured, person-centred support plans. The role involves supporting our clients through key transitions, including leaving care, sustaining accommodation, and accessing education, training, or employment.
