You must be a national of the United Kingdom or one of the following countries: Germany, Lithuania, the Netherlands, Portugal, Romania, Hungary, Greece, France, Ireland, Italy, Spain, or Poland.

You must not have lived or worked in any country outside of the UK or those listed above for a period of three months or more, while aged 18 years or over, within the past five years.

You will assist with initial quotes to customers and answer any initial queries.

You will also update internal databases of customer orders, live pricing and any quote amendments.

You will also assist with invoicing and processing payments.

You will be comfortable using Microsoft 365 packages, good general IT skills and familiarity with ERP systems would also be advantageous.

You must be polite and friendly on the phone and show problem-solving skills. What you'll get in return This role is a great opportunity to gain experience in a finance team and secure a role with an immediate start. This is a temporary assignment with a duration of about 6 months, with possible extension or offer of a permanent contract for the right candidate.
