You will work closely with experienced IFS consultants, office staff, production teams, and senior management across multiple business units to ensure our new IFS Cloud ERP solution is implemented smoothly and well adopted by the business. You will manage and investigate a caseload of Anti‑Social Behaviour (ASB), legal and fraud cases covering a national geographical area.

You will also prepare legal cases which include drafting effective witness statements and court applications for possession, injunctions, Access etc.

You will be responsible for the leadership and management of two supported living services, supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs. This role offers the opportunity to make a real, positive impact, while leading services that promote independence, dignity, and community inclusion.
