You will be working with the operations team in the roll-out and maintenance of their core SaaS product. Responsibilities will include; - Working with solution architects to implement roll-out of software - Troubleshooting issues using Linux tools and scripting - Hardware/Software migration

You will play a leading role in engaging assigned accounts and be responsible for the creation of new business and pipeline across a substantial portion of the ServiceNow sales cycle and methodology.

You will be involved with a variety of service desk, desktop, telephone, remote support, and you will be given many opportunities to get involved with a range of IT projects.

You will have excellent customer service, equipped with the passion, resources and commercial insight to help achieve them.

You will be responsible providing 1st and 2nd line technical support to the organisation.

You will face a range of different technical challenges on a daily basis, so this position is perfectly suited to a natural problem solver!

You will also have the opportunity to work with the IT Manager and Senior IT Engineers on the delivery on IT projects.

You will need multisite management experience, a passion for food and service and craft skills to support in the kitchen when needed

You will have managed at least 4 sites; managing and guiding the chef managers with the day-to-day running of the site as well as building excellent client relationships.
