You will develop and execute test plans to ensure quality, performance, and compliance, working closely with internal engineering teams, third-party developers, and specialist test houses. This is a remote-based role with regular travel to our warehouse in West Drayton (Middlesex) to carry out hands-on testing.

You will need to be able to work on your own initiative, able to prioritise workload and efficiently maintain central admin records for the team.

You will be professional, confident, and organised with proven experience supporting C-suite level executives in a high-pressure environment. Strong diary and document management skills are essential, particularly using Microsoft SharePoint – THIS IS ESSENTIAL.

You will be responsible for the operations of secure and highly available computing platforms, servers, and networks.

You will install, maintain, upgrade, and continuously improve the Apcoa Parking operating environment.

You will take ownership of user problems and follow up the status of problems on behalf of the user.

You will provide essential front-line technical support across the school site. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable managing everything from hardware repairs to network troubleshooting.
