IT Systems Administrator jobs in Poole

You will carry out administration duties in a way that is friendly, efficient, professional and timely. There is plenty of variety as you will be greeting and escorting visitors, conducting viewings and handling telephone and email enquiries and correspondence.

You will be the first point of contact for IT related issues, resolving day-to-day technical problems, supporting end-users, and assisting with infrastructure maintenance across the site. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: * Provide 1st and 2nd line technical support to office staff, engineering teams and production floor users.

You will provide technical support on a range of software and have the opportunity to expand your knowledge across various IT domains within our organisation. This role involves on-site attendance to deliver user IT support (2nd and 3rd Line), assisting users with day-to-day queries, and actively participating in IT projects.

You will be responsible for generating new business while managing and expanding existing client relationships. The role suits a confident, customer-focused sales professional with experience selling complex B2B software solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Drive new business opportunities and achieve sales targets across software and associated services

You will manage the configuration of warehouse rules, labelling setups, and handheld device integrations.

You will have experience with ERP/WMS platforms (such as Acumatica or SnapFulfil) and a strong understanding of distribution environments. Your ability to configure systems and troubleshoot hardware integrations will be key to aligning IT capabilities with operational needs.
