IT technician apprentice jobs in Rotherham

You will receive £10.00 per shift, when on standby rota basis. For each call out you will receive £20.00 call out charge. Any hours worked on call out, you will receive £29.67ph. You will also be assigned an expert tutor to help you throughout your training.

You will gain the practical experience by using our cutting edge Livelabs.

You will then go on to sit the CompTIA A+ exams to give you the official certifications which will be recognised worldwide.

You will be covering the areas surrounding Sheffield, Doncaster, and Rotherham.

You will be required to undertake measurement and quantification and procure materials requirements.

You will be expected to be able to rationally diagnose a course of action to problem solve repairs without excessive use of either materials or time.

You will make sure that all maintenance activities are being executed to a high standard, inspect equipment to detect any faults and provide support for the Craft teams.

You will be someone who has hands-on experience and enjoys getting stuck in on the plant, as well as always having safety as a top priority.

You must be able to travel to a designated college in your area, this can be up to an hour away.

You must live local/within commuting distance (30 miles) of the Branch location.

You must have the right to work in the UK, and valid residency status to apply for this apprenticeship.
