You will be supporting young people through: - Interest-led and flexible learning, often outside of school environments - 1-to-1 or 2-to-1 sessions in homes, libraries, parks, or local community spaces

You must hold an NVQ level 3 qualification and have a valid gold card. You'll thrive in a mentoring role and enjoy working with people at the start of their careers. Strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to inspire confidence are key. Additionally, you should have a desire to continuously learn and adapt, making the most of the training and resources provided.

You will hold a Master's degree in relevant subject area (PhD desirable)
