You will be someone with: ACA/ACCA/ICAS qualified or overseas equivalent. Educated up to degree level or CTS. Experience supervising and coaching junior members of staff on site. Working knowledge of UK and International GAAS, IFRS, UK GAAP and Financial Reporting requirements.

You will be required to hold qualifications City & Guilds 2365 or equivalent or City & Guilds 2396. Candidates are also required to have experience completing electrical designs cabling and lighting designs for industrial, commercial and international projects using Relux or Dialux or Amtech.

You will be required to provide cover on an out of hour's basis, covering the wider London area as part of an on call rota.

You will also be responsible carry out systemmaintenance, reactive and small or extra works to, CCTV, access control, security systems, automaticfire, fire extinguishing and fire aspiration alarm systems comprising of both internal and external clients. We would prefer someone with a multi-disciplined background in Fire and Security.
