You will collaborate closely with engineers, data scientists, and product managers to develop innovative solutions that provide measurable impact.

You will work closely with the Welding and Fabrication Manager, Welding Supervisor, Welding Inspector, and Engineering teams to ensure welding processes, procedures, and qualifications are effective, efficient, and repeatable. This role requires moderate supervision and a proactive approach to problem-solving, process improvement, and production support.
