You will be responsible for producing accurate, detailed, and competitive tender submissions while working closely with directors, quantity surveyors, designers, and specialist subcontractors. Key Responsibilities * Prepare detailed cost estimates and tender submissions for high-end residential refurbishment projects valued between £5m and £20m.

You will be responsible for balancing customer commitments, SLAs, and operational efficiency, while supporting both field engineers and desk teams to deliver outstanding service.
