You will own the revenue performance framework, integrating sales and commercial execution under a unified revenue strategy. Key Responsibilities & Mission The core mission is to align commercial performance with customer value through a unified Revenue Operations (RevOps) framework.

You will play a key role in supporting the wider team, particularly assistant ecologists, and will be encouraged to bring forward ideas to help drive the business towards excellence. The main office is located in Lodsworth. The business prefers staff to attend the office around two days per week, however this is flexible for the right candidate.

You will deliver tailored, high-quality responses that meet the needs of key employers and customers throughout the entire lifecycle of their relationship with us.

You will build and maintain strong relationships with Key Clients, providing administrative expertise and managing enquiries from Relationship Managers.

You will be responsible for commissioning and contract managing medium‐high risk/value contracts to ensure performance is achieved.

You will collate performance information through establishing and managing routine monitoring processes including regular meetings with providers.

You will be working across the Acute ward, A&E, Community Hospitals, and assessing people in their own homes; providing advice and guidance to those people who access or need the service.

You will receive regular, supportive and reflective supervision from senior social work colleagues, but you will also need to use your own initiative where appropriate.

You will need to be able to travel independently around the county and will have access to a supplied van, including to areas that may not be easily accessible by public transport.

You will benefit from 25 days annual leave, rising to 28 days after 5 years’ service (pro rata for part time)/

You will support our caseworkers in achieving compliance with form completion, all while seeking out opportunities for meaningful continuous improvement.

You will also need to be able to travel independently to our offices and depots across West Sussex, including to areas that may not be easily accessible by public transport.
