You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, at the right quality, procuring equipment/materials, and working with subcontractors and project stakeholders. This role will focus on delivering services to their midlands clients, with the expectation to be on site 2-3 days per week, the rest from home, with a visit to their office in Coventry once every 2 weeks or so.

You will manage installers, liaise with customers, ensure quality standards are met, and keep every project running smoothly from survey to sign-off. This is a key position within our operations team, ideal for someone with strong leadership skills and a solid background in kitchen installations or construction project management.

You will start off on a training salary of up to £32,000 for the first month or 2 (training duration), but please note if you are already very experienced, this may not be necessary and you will be straight onto the commission earning. Commission earning is based on the amount of units / appliances that you fit.
