You will have a set weekly rota made up of the below shifts. (Usually 2 Early shifts and 1 x Mid , 1x Late)

You will ensure that labour plans are in place and review them on a daily, weekly and 6 weekly basis to ensure appropriate resources are allocated to run the plan.

You will be supporting the Team Managers with note taking for meetings, team briefs, updating colleague communication boards and the general administration and running of the Production lines.

You will also be responsible for establishing policies that will create and maintain a safe workplace. As a safety officer you must have excellent attention to detail to identify hazards.

You will also be able to discover opportunities for improving conditions and execute various safety programs.

You will also undertake quality checking of documents and liaising with dealerships and hands on mechanics as you work Monday-Friday 8am-4pm and 9am - 5pm on rotation, with an hour lunch.
