You will support the day-to-day operation of the Parts Department learning how to identity, order, receive and supply vehicle parts while delivering excellent customer service to both internal and external customers. In every aspect of our retailing, the aim is always to exceed customer expectation and so customer care is of paramount importance.

You will help us deliver consistently high levels of service to our customers, advising on shoe care, handbags, and accessories to compliment a customer’s needs, offering genuine, honest, and knowledgeable advice on our all products. You could have previous experience as a Sales Assistant, Retail Assistant or in a Customer Care environment.

You will be advising customers on their requirements and recommending additional work and products. Organising and planning workflows. Maintaining accurate records and completing administrative tasks promptly. Achieving high levels of customer satisfaction whilst maximising work throughput.
