You will handle a high volume of inbound calls and emails to process orders, quotes and provide technical support. The role also includes outbound calls to follow up on quotes and maintain strong customer relationships. Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday – Friday (40 hours/week)

You will have significant experience in bid/pursuit management within professional services. Ideally, you will have some knowledge of the insurance sector. Excellent project management as well as written skills are a must.

You will have a set weekly rota made up of the below shifts. (Usually 2 Early shifts and 1 x Mid , 1x Late)
