You will work closely with Technical Engineers and follow material schedules issued with tenders to keep projects on track. Reporting directly to the Senior Fabrication Manager, you will oversee all aspects of stock control, including inventory management, production and cleansing, customer liaison, and the coordination of both customer and internal orders.

You will work closely with colleagues from multiple professions to ensure that the voice of the child is always heard.

You will be fully qualified (DipSW, CQSW, CSS or equivalent), with significant post qualification social work experience and a recognised social work qualification, plus evidence of CPD and HCPC registration.

You will be resourceful, commercially minded, have strong leadership ability and excellent communication skills.

You will have strong organisational skills with a keen attention to detail and be able to prioritise your workload effectively. Qualifications and Experience: - NNEB, BTEC Nat Dip, CACHE Dip in Childcare, or NVQ Level 3.

You will need to be a great communicator who can share knowledge, experience and best practices

You will need to have the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across all areas whilst remaining flexible

You must be adaptable to change, whilst being able to challenge effectively

You will oversee the quality management systems and the quality control and inspection process to ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards. Main duties will include:
