You will deliver mechanical projects to programme timelines and on budget, identifying and leveraging business opportunities to maximise profitability through good procurement practices, efficient labour management and liaison with the QS function.

You will need to have good stakeholder management skills and be able to translate technical data to non-technical stakeholders. In return, you’ll receive a salary of up to c£55,000pa depending on experience, private pension, annual bonus and 25 days. You’ll work in a hybrid pattern and have a lot of autonomy within the role.

You will be responsible for: • Overseeing the day-to-day management of the school’s buildings, grounds, and facilities to ensure they are safe, secure, and well presented • Ensuring full compliance with health and safety legislation, including risk assessments, statutory checks, and audit requirements

You will work closely with senior stakeholders across healthcare, education and care, as well as collaborating with a large national sales team to extract insight and build winning propositions.

You will also oversee a Tender Co-ordinator and take responsibility for developing the bid function, strengthening systems, processes and the bid library to ensure long-term success.
