You will contribute to the introduction of a Total Quality Management capability using change management concepts and principles, mentored by a University expert from the Sheffield Business School.

You must have a first degree in a relevant subject area but a MA/MBA in business studies / management is desirable.

You will work in a project team with Dr Tala Kasim, Dr Maxwell Antwi-Afari and Dr Algan Tezel from College of Engineering and Physical Sciences at Aston University, and the Senior Management Team at Arcadis Consulting (UK) Limited with the support of the IUK’s Knowledge Transfer Adviser.

You will be required to work with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders to deliver the efficient recruitment of good quality candidates to KTP programmes.

You will also need to support the administrative management of awarded KTPs to ensure all reports are provided, minutes provided to the funder and that internal KTP documentation is maintained.
