You will be responsible for the timely delivery and quality of a proposal, with direct oversight and control of the proposal process, operating from the Pre-Proposal Preparation phase through to Post-Submittal of the Northrop Grumman Business Acquisition Process (BAP).

You will act as the principal authority on environmental permitting, working closely with senior leaders, regulators, government bodies, and industry groups to ensure permits are secured, maintained, and aligned with long-term business and sustainability objectives.

You will oversee 2–3 backend squads, shaping long-term microservices architecture using Java 21 and AWS. This role balances strategic technical leadership with hands-on mentorship to drive engineering excellence, security, and scalable system design. Why this role is remarkable:
