You will be involved in a diverse range of projects, including masterplanning, public realm design, green infrastructure, residential developments, regeneration schemes, and urban landscape proposals.

You will collaborate with national and international multi-disciplinary design teams, using your insight and creativity to generate positive, sustainable, impactful designs.

You will have a proactive can-do attitude and demonstrate an innovative approach, high-quality presentation and communication skills, and confidence in undertaking site surveys and producing technical reports and designs.

You will also be working on a variety of projects, so the flexibility to switch is essential. In addition, you must also be experienced in managing your own projects as well as a small team. Candidates must also be confident to work independently whilst on site.

You will play a key part in ensuring effective and impactful Venture investing in Wales. Overseeing deal sourcing, diligence and investment recommendations. Also, portfolio oversight, managing risk, supporting follow-on investment, and leading on all valuation and reporting activity.
